Dion is the President of ECTS and is a Partner/Member of his law firm, Hand Arendall Harrison Sale LLC. He represents numerous businesses throughout Northwest Florida with issues involving real estate transactions/litigation, civil and commercial litigation, business law, and workers’ compensation defense. With his combined legal and real estate experience, Dion brings a well-rounded mix of knowledge and skills into ECTS.

Dion earned his Juris Doctor from the Florida State University College of Law, Cum Laude. He earned his B.S. degree from Florida State University, Cum Laude. Dion is admitted to practice in Florida, Alabama, the U.S. District Courts of the Northern District of Florida, and the Middle and Southern Districts of Alabama.

Dion is from Panama City and has lived in Destin since 2012. He enjoys being involved in the community and currently serves as Chairman of the Florida Bar’s 1st Judicial Circuit Grievance Committee “B” and is a member of the Bar Associations for Okaloosa and Walton County. He is also Past-Chairman of the Destin Chamber of Commerce, Chair-Elect of the Mattie Kelly Arts Foundation, Vice President of Aletha’s Legacy, Past-President of the Rotary Club of Destin, board member of the Ellison McCraney Ingram Foundation, and a member of All Sports Association and 100 Men Who Care. He previously served as Chair and board member for the Bay, Franklin, Gulf Healthy Start Coalition, as Treasurer and Foundation Chair for the Panama City Rotary Club, Chair and steering committee member for the Bay County Chamber of Commerce Junior Leadership Bay Program, and as Co-Chair of the 14th Judicial Circuit First Saturday Legal Clinic. He also served for seven years as a student mentor at Rosenwald Middle School, and volunteered for four years as a Rotary Reader for the Early Learning Coalition of Northwest Florida’s Rotary Read Aloud project. He received the Destin Chamber of Commerce’s Business Person of the Year Award in 2020, the Destin Chamber’s Ann Gibson Community Service Award in 2017, and the Pro Bono Public Service Award in 2007. He was also named to Florida Trend’s Legal Elite in 2022, and has maintained an “AV Preeminent” Rating from Martindale-Hubbell since 2018.

Nathan is Vice President of ECTS and an Attorney with the affiliated law firm, Hand Arendall Harrison Sale, LLC. His experience and practice areas include real estate law, business and general corporate law, probate law and probate litigation, estate planning, and community association law. As a former real estate agent, Nathan brings a unique perspective to his role with ECTS in that he has a deep understanding of both sides of the closing process. He enjoys utilizing his 12+ years of experience in the real estate industry to better meet the needs of the local real estate community.

Prior to joining ECTS and the Firm, Nathan was the Managing Attorney for a local real estate company, and he was previously in private practice in the Panhandle and in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Nathan earned his law degree from The University of Alabama School of Law, and his Bachelor of Science in business and real estate from The University of Alabama, summa cum laude. Nathan is admitted to practice in both Florida and Alabama.

Born and raised in lower Alabama, Nathan grew up with Destin and South Walton in his back yard. After relocating to the area, Nathan immediately set out to establish a legacy of active community involvement. He is currently Chair-Elect of the Walton Area Chamber of Commerce’s Board of Directors, and he serves on the Board of Directors of Westonwood Ranch in Freeport. Nathan also served as President of the Young Professionals of Walton County in 2020, and in 2019, he was chosen as Young Professional of the Year by his peers in the local Walton County community. Nathan served as President of his 2018 Leadership Walton class and President of the Emerald Coast Real Estate Council until 2019. Additionally, Nathan enjoys being active in both the Florida and Alabama state bar associations, and presenting seminars to real estate agents in the Panhandle area. Outside of his professional obligations, you can find Nathan cheering on the Alabama Crimson Tide and the New Orleans Saints in the fall, traveling, enjoying his record collection, trying new recipes in the kitchen, or enjoying all of the wonderful things about living along the beautiful Emerald Coast.

Alison is the Closing Department Manager of ECTS and is the Closing Attorney for our Santa Rosa Beach location. Alison grew up in Fort Walton Beach and has lived in Santa Rosa Beach since 2000. Alison attended University of Florida and the Cumberland School of Law, following in her father’s footsteps. Alison began her career at Emerald Coast Title in 2003 and we are honored to have her back on our team.

Alison is cool and collected when working on even the most intense real estate transactions. Her easy going personality coupled with her extensive knowledge and experience in Destin and South Walton real estate closings makes her one of the area’s best real estate closing attorneys. Alison has two children. Her family enjoys playing music, kayaking, and spending weekends in Indian Pass. Alison is also a marathon runner! We are very proud to have her on our team.

Lindsey entered the real estate law and title industry in 2005 and has earned a notable reputation as a problem-solving critical thinker. She utilizes an array of skills and resources to navigate the real estate closing industry with proficiency and confidence. Her considerable experience in residential and commercial transactions is immediately recognizable. Lindsey genuinely enjoys serving the title needs of the Emerald Coast’s real estate community and her customers enjoy the benefits of her dedication and enthusiasm. 

When not at the office, Lindsey dedicates her time to her two children and serves on the Board of Directors of Food For Thought Outreach. She enjoys traveling, spending time with friends and family, and is a well-known baseball enthusiast.

Lydia is a Freeport resident with several years of title experience under her belt. With a background in Project management, customer service, and logistics, Lydia has a dedication to putting the customer first. Lydia has managed complex projects in a multicultural environment, so having multiple tasks to juggle is nothing new. Working with the agents, clients, lenders, and other professionals who make a successful closing is by far the most enjoyable part of her job.

Originally from Georgia, Lydia completed her Bachelor’s degree in English Literature with a minor in Secondary Education at Kennesaw State University near Atlanta. (Go Braves!) After graduation, she moved to Dallas and after 13 years, has returned to the East Coast.

When not at work, Lydia enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with her husband and two Labrador retrievers.

Rachel is a Licensed Title Agent and the Closer in our Destin office. She grew up Niceville and went to Niceville High School. She graduated from Florida State University (go Noles) in 2015 with a Bachelors in Sociology. She got into the title industry directly after graduating from college and lives in Niceville with her husband, dog, and seven pet chickens.

In her free time, when she is not closing your deals or answering questions on our weekly Q&A session on Clubhouse, she likes to spend time on the water, whether it be the boat or the beaches, or hanging out with her friends and family.

We are thrilled to have this bright and cheery Closer as part of the ECTS team!

Cheri was born and raised in Illinois. She is married to her high school sweetheart and has two daughters and two grandchildren. Cheri and her husband, Steve, moved to Destin in 2016 to be closer to their grandchildren. When they purchased their home they closed at Emerald Coast Title Services. She says the transaction was very smooth and she enjoyed the experience and decided that this was where she wanted to work someday.

She is a customer service professional with over 20 years of experience. Cheri is detail oriented and is resourceful in organizing and completing projects, which makes her a perfect fit for her closing assistant position.

We are very glad to have Cheri on board.

Madison is a Licensed Title Agent and Closer in our Fort Walton Beach office. She has worked in the Real Estate industry since 2018 closing residential and commercial transactions for both savvy investor clients and first-time home buyers. 

Madison was raised here on the Emerald Coast, in Navarre, and loves being involved in our local community. When not at work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and new baby boy! Madison is an asset to ECTS and we are thrilled to have her!

Paige was born and raised in Niceville, Florida. She has worked in the financial services industry since 2014, and in the title insurance industry since 2017. She is a new mommy of her little boy, Zayne, and enjoys spending her free time outdoors with her family.

Paige brings with her a great deal of experience in all sides of the closing process, from pre-closing to post-closing. Paige recently completed the Florida Title Agent course and is in training to become our next closer.

She is an asset to our team and we are thrilled to have her!

Gale has been with ECTS since 2015. For years she has been the first impression you get when walking through our doors or calling our office. She has a personality that is warm and welcoming. Her new position as post-closer at our Santa Rosa Beach office is a great fit, because of you know Gale, you know that she runs a tight ship!

Gale has a wonderful fiancé , two daughters and four grandchildren (one of which was just born in 2020) Her grandbabies are her life! She loves riding her bike, exercising, attending local events, and going out to local restaurants.

Ashley has been with ECTS since 2013. She has worn many hats and has held just about every position in the company, including pre-closer, business development, and copy machine repairman. Ashley currently serves as the Director of Operations. Her favorite hat to wear is the education hat. She thoroughly enjoys teaching contracts classes and writing blog posts and educational flyers.

Ashley was born and raised in Destin and she loves being involved in our local community, volunteering for various organizations throughout the years. Her favorite past times include spending time with her four children at the beach, at local restaurants, or on a fishing boat!
